SHIPPING POLICY

 

East Rose is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any misinformation of shipping addresses. the customer is responsible for determining the safest shipping method for their package, we offer general and secure options at check out.

Shipping times on pre ordered item take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks.

Shipping times for on hand products are anywhere from 1-2 Weeks. The product description will always state weather the product is ready to ship or not.

In the case a customer did not get a chance to read the product description to determine if a product is ready to ship or on a pre-order, By default if the order does not ship within 2-3 weeks of the order date it is deemed a preorder product.
